On Friday we received and displayed our first order of fresh bread. We received a small tentative order from Prairie Mill Bread Company and it started to disappear as soon as Owen delivered it. In fact the Amores/Nobert family, who had visited the store earlier in the day, returned to pick up some bread. By the end of Saturday we had only 6 loaves left. I will be ordering more for Monday afternoon.

On Monday the gas fitter will be in the store instaling the gas line for the coffee roaster. It is my intention to have Timothy help him so that Timothy learns something about this trade. On Tuesday the chimney should be installed and then --- the roasting can start.

Some new things this week are - bulk herbs from Chickadee Farms, bulk Couscous and Whole Wheat Couscous, bulk Royal White Quinoa, and bulk Bulgar/Bulghur.

The coolers and freezers are in Calgary and the sales representative says they should be in Edmonton this week.
